Bugs and Parts LLC collects names, phone numbers, email addresses via contact pages, promotions, landing pages, social media, and other marketing methods. Bugs and Parts may collect and use Google, Facebook, Youtube, other social media analytics, and cookies for customer service, performance development, research, and marketing best practices.
Bugs and Parts LLC does not sell your private information to any third party. Bugs and Parts LLC may share your information with various marketing agencies, merchant service processors, search engines, and other related companies. Bugs and Parts LLC owns all information collected. All information collected is the sole property of Bugs and Parts LLC. Any issues that may arise are governed by the applicable laws of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Shipping Terms
Shipping of products or services are based on the conditions of the purchase. On any body, large items, or heavy items, special arrangements might be required. We will do everything to ship all products in a timely manner. Most die-cast items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any insurance requirements or hazardous materials fees. Shipping and handling may be included in prices based on the product purchased and required shipping conditions.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Any and all used parts, memorabilia, or services are non-refundable. You must know what you need. No returns or exchanges are honored. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All project management, photography, video, and other services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Specific contract terms may apply.
For any NEW die-cast cars, trucks, motorcycles or any other vehicle:
- You must provide 30-days notice from the day that the order was placed, along with a valid reason, for any returns or exchanges.
- You must notify Bugs and Parts LLC immediately upon receipt if there are any damages or defects to the items, so we can file a claim with a shipping carrier.
- If we are not notified right away, we will not be able to exchange the item or take it back for a refund.
Merchandise must be in original factory condition inside of the original box, and has to be packaged exactly as the manufacturer packed it. Note: do not fix or glue small parts without our authorization. We will not accept any item back if it was glued or comes back to us without an original box.
Bugs and Parts LLC is not responsible for any damages to items shipped outside of the USA.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, with an exception where Bugs and Parts LLC has made an error by shipping an incorrect item to the customer. In this case, Members must contact Bugs and Parts LLC to obtain a return label, or request merchandise pick up. Once the item is returned back to the warehouse, a correct replacement unit will be shipped out. If the correct unit is unavailable, a refund will be issued for the full amount of the order.
Bugs and Parts LLC must be informed of the receipt of incorrect merchandise within one week of delivery. Unclaimed, Undeliverable, and Refused Delivery Returns: Unclaimed, undeliverable, and refused delivery returns will be subject to cancellation and a refund for less than our original shipping cost.
You must notify Bugs and Parts LLC immediately upon receipt if there is damage to the item or if it has a manufacturer defect, so we can resolve the problem promptly.
Repairs and Restoration Services
Any vehicles restored or repaired by Bugs and Parts LLC have a limited warranty and are based on the specific terms, conditions, and agreements made. All terms and changes must be made in writing.
